By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I am signing up for a 6-month subscription package for the selected services at the stated monthly rate. I understand that this subscription is recurring monthly for the full 6 months and is not a one-off service. I confirm that the services will be rendered at an estate property and that scheduling will be according to availability.

I further acknowledge that if I cancel the subscription before the full 6 months are completed, I am required to settle a pro-rated amount for the services already rendered, based on the number of cleans used. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of remaining services. This agreement governs the full terms of the subscription.
